YES, Absolutely. Oil sits ON TOP of the Water for a REASON. Dispersents only make it WAY WORSE.....OUTLAW the use of Dispersents. NOW !? !

they should quit ...
they should quit the dispersant's their are other ways to get the oil out of the water. HAY was used successfully in the 1969 Santa Barbra Oil Spill. HAY floats and can be netted back in and burned for electricity, or disposed of some other way. I just want the oil out of the water. I no? their are people with the right material and equipment to do the job. but BP won't let them they want to control the clean up. I think it is big enough to let other people help instead of sit on the sideline.
